Good Medicine
Good Medicine
I meet my patients with respect, common sense, humor, and compassion. I treat my patients with acupuncture, acupressure, tuina massage, and Chinese and European herbal medicine.
I use a gentle needling style. I strive to meet patients at a level that is both comfortable and therapeutic. Please go to the Patient Comments page to read what they have to say.
Acupuncture has been recognized as a successful treatment for a long list of afflictions. For a comprehensive list, go to http://www.longevity-center.com/world_health_organization.html
I actively collaborate with the medical/health care community. For my patient’s wellness, I am always open to communicate and work as a team with other health care practitioners.

The following is a simple overview on how acupuncture works, by Aldous Huxley:
“In the healthy organism, there is a continuous circulation of energy. Where energy fails to circulate as it should, vital organs may suffer from a deficiency or an excess of the life force. Acupuncture is effective because it redirects and normalizes the flow of energy. This is possible because the limbs, trunk and head are lined with invisible meridians, related to the various organs of the body. On these meridians are located certain peculiarly sensitive points. A needle inserted at one of these points will exert an influence on the organ related to the meridian on which the point lies. By pricking a number of carefully selected points, the skilled acupuncturist re-establishes the normal circulation of energy and brings the patient back to health.”
